What you get

Your real profit, per platform

Every sale's fees are worked out with the same fee models as our free calculators (Depop, eBay, Etsy, Mercari, Poshmark, Reverb, StockX, TikTok Shop, Vinted and Whatnot), then your item cost and shipping come off. See revenue, fees, cost of goods, shipping, profit and margin for this month, this year and all time, split by platform, with a chart of where the profit comes from.

Your whole year at a glance

The year-end summary lays out profit by platform and month, and the CSV export gives your accountant one row per sale with the fee breakdown, payout and profit. It is a summary of your records, not tax advice.

Private by design

No account, no upload, no connection to your selling accounts. Your sales are stored in your browser on your device and we never see them. Back them up to a file whenever you like.

Pay once

US$29 one-time. No subscription and no per-sale charges. When a platform changes its fees we update the models; your past sales keep the fees they were saved with.

Questions

Where are my sales stored?

In your browser's own database (IndexedDB) on the device you use. Nothing is uploaded and there is no account, so we never see your sales. The only thing the tracker sends to our server is your licence key, about once a week, to check it is still valid.

Can my browser delete my sales?

Yes, so keep a backup. Safari (on iPhone, iPad and Mac) deletes a site's stored data, including your sales and licence key, if you don't open that site for about a week of Safari use; some other browsers clear data when the device runs low on space. The tracker reminds you to download a backup when your sales have changed and a week has passed. Restoring the backup file brings your sales back, and you can enter your licence key again.

What if I change computers or clear my browser?

Download a backup file (free on every plan) and restore it in the new browser; everything comes back. Clearing site data or using a private window starts the tracker empty, and we cannot recover data we never had, so keep a recent backup.

Does it connect to my eBay, Poshmark or Mercari account?

No. You add sales yourself, or import the sales CSV your platform lets you download. No passwords, no account access, nothing that can break when a platform changes its website.

Which platforms does it calculate fees for?

Depop (UK), Depop (US), eBay (UK), eBay (US), Etsy (UK), Etsy (US), Mercari (US), Poshmark (US), Reverb (US), StockX (US), TikTok Shop (US), Vinted (UK) and Whatnot (US), using the same fee models as our free calculators. For anything else (local pickup, Facebook Marketplace, a sale to a friend) choose "Other or local sale" and enter any fees yourself.

What happens when a platform changes its fees?

We update the fee models on the site. New sales use the new rates; sales you already saved keep the fees they were saved with, so past profit never shifts. You can recalculate a sale by editing it.

Is the year-end summary tax advice?

No. It summarises the sales you recorded (profit by platform and month, fees, cost of goods and shipping) so you or your accountant have the numbers in one place. What you can deduct and report depends on where you live.

How does the licence key work?

You pay through Polar, our reseller and merchant of record. Your licence key is on your purchases page in Polar's customer portal: use the link in Polar's order email, or sign in at polar.sh/resalemath/portal with the email you paid with (Polar emails you a one-time code). Open the tracker, choose "Enter licence key" and paste it; Pro unlocks in that browser. Enter it in each browser you use. The key is re-checked about once a week, and if you are offline Pro keeps working for 14 days after the last successful check.

Is it a subscription?

No. US$29 one-time, paid once, with any sales tax or VAT calculated at checkout. There is nothing to renew.

Can I try it first?

Yes. The free plan tracks up to 25 sales with automatic fees, CSV import and the full dashboard, with no sign-up. Your sales stay when you upgrade.

What if it is not right for me?

Email us within 14 days of buying and we will refund you in full through Polar, our reseller and merchant of record.
