Import sales from a CSV file
The free plan covers 25 sales in total, imported or added by hand. Pro removes the limit so every row in your file can come in.
Pick the platform the file came from, choose the file, then check which column is which. The file is read in your browser and never uploaded.
Where do I get a CSV of my sales?
- Depop: On depop.com (computer only): Selling Hub (Sell icon) → Stats → Download sales → pick the dates (up to 3 months at a time) → Download. Official help page
- Etsy: Shop Manager → Settings → Options → Download Data → Orders: choose the CSV type, month and year → Download CSV. Official help page
- Whatnot: On whatnot.com: Seller Hub → Shipments → pick the show in the filter → Open Sidebar → Show Actions → Export Show Report (CSV). Official help page
Other platforms: download the sales or orders report from your seller dashboard. Any CSV with a date, an item and a price column works; the importer remembers your column choices for each platform.
Year-end summary
Not tax advice. This summarises the sales you recorded here: profit by platform and month, with gross sales, platform fees, cost of goods and shipping. Share it with your accountant or tax software; rules on what you can deduct depend on where you live.

Export for your accountant
A spreadsheet (CSV) with one row per sale: date, item, platform, currency, sold price, shipping, fees with their breakdown, payout, cost of goods, profit and margin. Opens in Excel, Numbers and Google Sheets.
Backup and restore
Your data exists only in this browser. Clearing site data, private browsing or a new computer means starting empty, so keep a backup file somewhere safe. Restoring on another browser or device brings everything back.
Erase
Deletes every sale and saved import setting from this browser. Your licence key stays.
